"Jesus' love compels me..." is the motto of the Pathfinder Club, is a Christian based boy/girl scouts type youth program of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It is for 5th to 10th graders, and we also have TLTs (teen leaders in training) who are helping to lead out at our meetings and events.
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from September to May every year, and the meetings include participating in devotional talks for spiritual growth, team-building games and activities to foster unity, and various honors to learn about recreational, artistic, nature, conservation, vocational, and outreach areas in our community and the world.
Annually, we collect non-perishable food items to help needy families in the community, as well as fundraiser events for other mission-oriented projects. We spend time together hiking, having game and gym nights, and having meals together, as we are a nurturing church family.
Our goal is for each pathfinder to be loved by their church family, and to grow into a helpful, useful, and able Christian citizen. We're excited for your youth to join us!
