Esther’s Closet is Blount County’s only diaper bank, providing diapers, wipes, and other essential items to families in need without requiring income verification.
Families can request assistance by emailing esthersclosettn@gmail.com, calling 865-388-1010, or contacting Esther’s Closet through its Facebook page. After a family reaches out, they complete a registration form, and Amanda follows up by email or text to schedule and confirm an appointment. Clients then pick up the items they need at their scheduled time.

In addition to serving local families, Esther’s Closet partners with A Place to Stay each quarter to provide free diapers, wipes, and donated essentials to members of the homeless community. The ministry primarily serves underprivileged and low-income areas of the community, though families have also traveled from Knoxville when other diaper banks were unable to meet their needs.
